Join the American Business Women’s Association VerdugoGlen Chapter to learn “Collaboration and Strategic Planning for your Small Business”. Our award winning speaker Gail Lara is the Executive Director of the Women’s Collaborative Mentoring Program (WCMP)  and Advisor at The Valley Economic Alliance (TVEA). Gail offers over eighteen years of experience in small business development, training, and as a business owner. She has twenty-five years of experience in retail buying, sales management, procurement and advertising specialty. Currently working as the Small Business Coach for Operation HOPE, where she supports a well-developed Launch + Grow Powering Women Entrepreneurs program. Gail diligently works with several Small Business Development agencies and Women’s Networking  groups to create curriculums, host workshops and plan events. Over her career she served more than 5,050 business owners by hosting a platform for more than 380 local experts to offer their acumen. As the Executive Director of WCMP she developed assessments and directive training to strategically prepare Women Owned Small Businesses for success. Her collaborative approach to building a community of support for entrepreneurs created opportunities for industry specific training.
